Fairfield National faces Las Vegas Wednesday at the Little League World Series, the winner to advance to the U.S. championship game.

The Connecticut Lottery player was one of eight Powerball players across the nation to win a prize totaling over $100,000 following the drawing, according to Powerball. The player initially won $50,000, and $50,000 was added to their winnings due to a Power Play. The odds of winning were one in over 913,000, according to the Powerball odds page.
