Recalled supplemental shakes were distributed to hospitals and long-term care facilities nationwide, federal officials say.

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Supplemental shakes that might have been contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes have been recalled. Lyons Magnus recalled the 4-ounce cartons of Lyons ReadyCare and Sysco Imperial frozen shakes after the products’ manufacturer, Prairie Farms Dairy Inc., recalled them from its Fort Wayne, Indiana, facility.
