BROOKLYN, MI – NASCAR will return to Michigan International Speedway in early June again next year, as the series announced its full 2026 schedule on Wednesday, Aug. 20.
Matt Crafton, the three-time Craftsman Truck Series champion with ThorSport Racing, will end his full-time driving career with the conclusion of the 2025 season.Ty Majeski will take over the No. 88 seat beginning next season.
While the 2026 IndyCar schedule has not yet been released, NASCAR's announcement confirms IndyCar will race at St. Petersburg the weekend of Feb. 27-March 1.
