Prince Andrew, the disgraced Duke of York and younger brother to the king, was seen riding a horse in Windsor, where his Royal Lodge home is located.

“Charles realized that Andrew’s association with [Jeffrey] Epstein made him a loose cannon,” former royal correspondent Stephen Bates told the newspaper. “The allegations about his behavior were never successfully quelled and made him damaged goods.”

Prince Andrew almost fell off his horse while riding near Windsor Castle on Monday morning after his black mare seemed to get spooked. The Duke of York’s peaceful ride quickly turned wild when his horse grew agitated.
