The scandal which saw Below Deck Sailing Yacht star Gary King accused of sexual assault has taken a new turn. In August 2023, Gary was accused by make-up artist Samantha Suarez of sexual misconduct. Samantha alleged the incident occurred during the summer of 2022 before Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 4 began filming.

Samantha Suarez and Grey Duddleston's suit also includes claims of a hostile work environment, discrimination and gender violence while filming season four of 'Below Deck: Sailing Yacht.'

Former 'Below Deck' crew members sued Bravo, the show's star Gary King, and others claiming the network covered up King’s alleged sexual misconduct.

Gary King is a star of reality series Below Deck Sailing Yacht where he is shown working as the First Officer of a luxury ship. A colleague has taken legal action against him.

In the latest self-declared “Reality Reckoning” filing from lawyers Bryan Freedman and Mark Geragos, hair and makeup artist Samantha Suarez and camera operator Grey Duddleston claim they were canned from Season 4 of the 51 Minds Entertainment -produced series and allegedly put on a “do not hire” list.
