Tomorrowland music festival will open its doors to visitors as planned on Friday according to organizers, a day after a raging fire completely destroyed the event's main stage.

A fire severely damaged the main stage at Tomorrowland, a major electronic music festival scheduled to begin on Friday in Boom, Belgium, organizers said.

"I am confident that Tomorrowland will balance creativity and the safety of festival-goers and staff despite this terrible setback," she said in a statement, according to Belga.
