Dawson's Creek Cast to Reunite For Cancer Charity Event and James Van Der Beek

They will reunite on Sept. 22 on stage at the Richard Rodgers Theatre in New York to perform a live reading of the show's pilot episode. The event will benefit F Cancer (a nonprofit which centers on early detection, prevention, and helping those who are affected by cancer); Van Der Beek was diagnosed with stage three colorectal cancer recently.
