Windows 11 build 22000.132 brings a new, unified Snipping Tool, and updated Calculator, Mail and Calendar apps that are receiving a refreshed UI. These are rolling out to Dev channel users.

Microsoft is improving some of the built-in apps available in Windows 11. Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel can now test new updates to the Snipping Tool, Calculator, Mail, and Calendar apps.

I've written about how the app has become so much better on Windows 11, and I meant it. I love the Snipping Tool now, and I recommend everyone to check it out. Let me tell you why.
