Netflix announced today, November 19, that the father-son duo would executive produce an untitled “ Bollywood series” about an outsider breaking into the Hindi film industry. The show will be created and directed by Aryan Khan in what will be his directorial debut, while SRK’s company, Red Chillies Entertainment, will executive produce the series.

Aryan Khan’s yet-to-be-titled Bollywood series will be released in 2025. Produced by Gauri Khan, the series marks Aryan Khan’s debut as a creator and director. The series will premiere on the streaming platform Netflix.

There were earlier speculations about Aryan Khan entering the field of direction, but no official confirmation had been made. Now, Shah Rukh Khan himself has made the official announcement. Reports suggest that more details about the project will be revealed in the coming days, possibly during an event in Los Angeles, as reported by India Today.
