The Denver Broncos' preseason is officially in the books. On Saturday, the Broncos vanquished the New Orleans Saints 28-19, punctuating the summer with a third straight August victory.

Rookie quarterback Tyler Shough delivered a mixed performance in the Saints' preseason finale Saturday night, showing flashes of promise against the Denver Broncos while also making a few costly mistakes.

Running back Royce Freeman (a third-round draft pick in 2018) signed with the Chicago Bears. Cornerback Michael Ojemudia (a third-round pick in 2020) landed with the Dallas Cowboys. And wide receiver Juwann Winfree (a sixth-round pick in 2019) joined the Houston Texans.

The Broncos have to whittle their current 90-man roster down to the final 53 players by Tuesday, August 26 at 2 pm MDT. Estime's play and his remarks after the Saints game make it clear that he hopes to be sticking around in Denver.
