A woman was killed and another was injured after a shooting at a hotel in the River North neighborhood Saturday night, according to Chicago Police. Officers responded to a person shot on the 300 block of West Grand Avenue around 8:15 and found a 29-year-old woman in a hotel lobby with a gunshot wound to her neck.

At least two people were killed and nine others were wounded in weekend shootings across the city as of Sunday morning. The ages of the victims range from 17 to 61.
