NORTH BERWICK, Scotland (AP) — Masters champion Rory McIlroy took another step toward emerging out of the doldrums with two big shots at the end of his round Saturday that led to a 4-under 66 and gave him a share of the lead with Chris Gotterup in the Scottish Open.

It's day three of the 2025 Scottish Open, and it is heating up - both literally and figuratively. Temperatures will be pushing a positively tropical 30 degrees on Scotland's east coast as 80 golfers look to make a move up the leaderboard ahead of tomorrow's final round.
