Guards don't get any better than the newly retired 34-year-old. Imagine how much better the Cowboys would be if the team was run in the manner that he played.

Even with the departure of Zack Martin, the Dallas Cowboys ' offensive line isn't in complete shambles. Losing a perennial All-Pro and future Hall of Famer isn't great news, obviously, but new head coach Brian Schottenheimer isn't being presented with a cupboard that is totally bare.
