A third suspect has been arrested after a group of three men in a car full of weapons tried to drive into a restricted area during a candlelight vigil in Raleigh. Tyron Perkins, 29, was booked into jail Saturday.

Three men face numerous felony charges after leading police on a chase across the city following a candlelight vigil for a Memphis rapper, the Memphis Police Department said.
