At least 134 people are dead after devastating flooding in the Texas Hill Country that began early on the Fourth of July.

The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued flash flood warnings in parts of Northwest Arkansas for the overnight hours of July 17 into the morning of July 18.

"At 7:38 p.m., Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area.
