The crash happened on Farrington Highway near Ala Akau Street.

The crash happened at around 8:45 p.m. on Sierra Drive, south of Mikahala Way.

Police said the person of interest is wanted in a cellular phone theft and identity theft investigation.

Officials said Dillingham Boulevard between Alakawa Street to Kokea Street is closed in all directions.
