The U.S. Marshals shared on Tuesday that they are offering a $500 reward for tips that lead to an arrest in D.C. during the federal takeover.
Following an investigation, MPD obtained an arrest warrant for 30-year-old Tarik Settles, also of Southeast. On August 14, members of the Capital Area Fugitive Task Force located and arrested Settles. He has been charged with first-degree murder while armed (premeditated).
